Check-in Process
Guests are required to sign an online waiver and present identification as part of the registration process. They will be asked to provide some basic information including name and contact information. They must also provide the names and ages of their children, along with an emergency contact before payment is taken. The front desk staff may assist guests with check-in process at our main computer or customers may choose to utilize the self-service kiosk.

Cleanliness
It is our top priority to ensure the safety and enjoyment of every guest. If your child is showing any symptoms of illness, please bring them back when they are well. Our staff closely monitors and maintains the integrity of our play equipment.
Nightly deep cleaning routines are carried out as well as daily spot cleaning. We use non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your children and our equipment. If you see an area of our facility that needs attention during your visit, please feel free to notify one of our friendly staff.

Rules and Regulations
- We are a “play at your own risk” facility. All visitors must read and sign a waiver form.
- You are solely responsible for your child’s supervision and safety during your visit. Please ensure your child is playing safely and in accordance with facility rules at all times.
- We are a sock-only environment for everyone, including all adults. Grip socks must be worn by everyone visiting our facility, regardless of whether you intend to play or not. For safety, all children must wear grip socks when playing. No bare feet or shoes for hygiene and safety. Grip socks can be purchased at the front desk.
- A responsible guardian must supervise children at all times (guardians should be 16 years +). You may not leave the facility and leave your children unattended. Play Jungle staff is not responsible for child supervision or safety during your visit. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that you help enforce our playground rules and actively monitor your child’s behavior.
- You may not host your own party in the common area. No party gifts, banners, décor, cakes, cupcakes, party food, etc. will be allowed in the facility without a pre-paid private party booking. If you have a party reservation, party items must remain inside a private party room assigned to your group. Multiple party packages are available for purchase during weekend hours.
- Our playgrounds are big enough for adults to enter to help and supervise their children. Please note we are not an adult playground, and we ask that adults take care when using the play areas. The safety and comfort of children is our main priority. Any adults deemed to be misusing playground equipment in a manner that is dangerous, may cause damage to equipment, or is off-putting to other visitors will be asked to leave the play areas/structures for the duration of your visit. You will be charged for damages to Play Jungle equipment caused by misuse.
- No restaurant take-out food is permitted inside the premises. You are welcome to bring drinks and snacks from home for open play. Please be mindful of possible allergens such as nuts and do not share food with other children. Please keep all food and drinks away from play areas at all times. Please throw trash away in proper receptacles and clean up after yourself.
- No chewing gum in play areas, please.
- We maintain a strict sick child policy. As a courtesy to other users, please reschedule your visit if you or your child feels unwell before or during your visit.
- No adults will be permitted into the facility without a paid child reservation. A maximum of 2 free adults per group, per day. Additional adults will pay $5 for entry.
- Please ensure you only photograph/video your own child (for child protection reasons). For safety and privacy please do not take pictures/videos of the facility that contains other children.
- Children must be dressed in clean, dry clothing throughout your visit. Diapers must be covered at all times. Please bring spare clothes in the event of “accidents” or spills, as children will not be permitted to play unless dressed appropriately.
- Groups planning a visit with 10 or more children should pre-book prior to arrival to ensure entry and group rate. We do not take group bookings or offer group discounts on the weekends.
- No weapons of any kind are allowed anywhere inside our facility. You will be denied access if we suspect you to have any weapons on your person or in your possession.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please remember that we are a family facility and act accordingly. If your behavior is deemed inappropriate, you will be asked to leave with no monetary reimbursement.
Main Play Structure Rules

Toddler Soft Play Area Rules
- Grip socks must be worn at all times.
- No child over the age of 5 shall be permitted in this area due to safety.
- No food or drink.
- Parents and guardians are asked to place any toy that has been placed in your child’s mouth to be put in the “yucky” bin to be cleaned by our staff.
Accessory Play Areas Rules
- Grip socks must be worn at all times.
- Please help us keep the play areas enjoyable for all by cleaning up after your child. Please try to keep toys in their designated areas.
- No aggressive or destructive behavior.
- No food or drink.
Private Party Room Rules
- Please keep all party items and food within your assigned space.
- No outside audio devices such as Bluetooth speakers are permitted.
