Check-in Process
Guests are required to sign an online waiver and present identification as part of the registration process. They will be asked to provide some basic information, including name and contact information. They must also provide the names and ages of their children, along with an emergency contact, before payment is taken. The front desk staff may assist guests with the check-in process at our main computer or customers may choose to utilize the self-service kiosk.
Security
There is an auto-locking mechanism on our entry and exit gates to ensure the security of our young guests. The gates must be manually unlocked by the front desk staff. Before leaving, the staff will verify information to ensure children are leaving with the appropriate person.
Play Jungle utilizes video security devices; however, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please utilize our personal item and shoe storage area to keep our areas clutter-free, but keep your valuables with you at all times.
Cleanliness
It is our top priority to ensure the safety and enjoyment of every guest. If your child is showing any symptoms of illness, please bring them back when they are well. Our staff closely monitors and maintains the integrity of our play equipment.
Nightly deep cleaning routines are carried out as well as daily spot cleaning. We use non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your children and our equipment. If you see an area of our facility that needs attention during your visit, please feel free to notify one of our friendly staff.
Safety
We are a play at your own risk facility and we ask that you help keep our kids safe by learning and enforcing our rules and regulations. These rules and regulations have posted throughout the facility along with illustrated versions for the kids.
Our play equipment was designed and manufactured by a reputable company that upholds strict safety standards. If you would like more information about these standards, please feel free to ask.
Even after all measures are taken to keep our kids safe, sometimes accidents happen. If your child gets hurt within our facility, please see the front desk so our staff can make a report and offer first-aid.
Amenities
We cater to both children and adults by providing well-maintained, family style restrooms. Our restrooms are quiet, kid friendly, and ADA accessible. Extra-large changing tables, potty seats, and safety stools with handles are some of the amenities we offer.
A larger restroom has been designed to be ultra comfy and more suitable for nursing and pumping.

Socks are available for purchase for $3.50 per pair.
- 2-Hour Play Sessions
All play sessions (and parties) are 2 hours from the time of entry. No discounts are given for shortened visits. - Supervision Required
Parents/guardians must actively supervise children at all times. Play Jungle staff do not provide supervision. - Adults Policy
Each child admission includes 2 free adults. Additional adults are $5 each. - No Outside Parties on Main Floor
Celebrations are only permitted with a pre-booked private party room.
- Outside restaurant food and deliveries are not permitted
- Snacks and drinks from home are allowed for open play
- Please be mindful of allergens and do not share food with other children
- Food and drinks must be kept away from play areas
- Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash properly
- No outside toys in play areas
- We maintain a strict sick policy. Please reschedule your visit if your child is unwell
- No pets allowed (service animals permitted)
- Guests may only photograph or record their own children
- Children must wear clean, dry clothing at all times (diapers must be covered)
- No weapons of any kind are permitted
- We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests for unsafe or inappropriate behavior
- Groups of 10 or more children should be booked in advance to ensure availability and group rates
- Parties are not permitted on the main floor
- All celebrations must be held in a pre-booked private party room
- Grip socks are required for children at all times
- No aggressive or destructive behavior
- No toys or outside objects inside play areas
- No food or drinks in any play areas
- Adults may enter play areas to assist children but must use equipment safely and appropriately
- Please help keep the space clean by returning items to their designated areas
- You may log in to your Guest Portal to send optional e-invitations with RSVP tracking and a waiver link for your guests.
- Please submit your final child guest count at least 1 week prior to your event.
- If you would like to add extra pizzas, please note that we use a third-party provider and orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Waivers are required for all guests (adults and children). You may send the waiver link in advance to save time at check-in.

- No helium balloons (air-filled balloons are welcome)
- No confetti, glitter, or slime
- No heating/cooling devices, audio equipment, or piñatas
- Ice must be stored in a cooler
- Play Jungle does not have a freezer and cannot store ice cream for parties
- Decorations must be limited to allow time for setup and cleanup
- Mounting putty will be provided for decorations
- All food, drinks, and party items must remain in your assigned private party room
- Plus Parties are held in the Jungle Room (theme restrictions apply)
