We welcome infants, toddlers, and children under the age of 12 years. If you’d like to bring a child over 12 years old, we ask that they do not play in the play structure due to height and weight restrictions. This will help us maintain the integrity of our play equipment.
No. Infants under 1 year are priced separately.
You may assist children if necessary, but we ask that you do not run, jump, or play rough within the structure or other areas.
No. Adults are free with a paid child admission, with a maximum of 2 adults. Each additional adult will be charged $5.00 admission fee. This is due to capacity limitations.
Yes. We have designed one of our restrooms to be larger in size and ultra comfy to make it suitable for nursing or pumping.
Yes. We aim to make Play Jungle accessible to everyone. All gates and entry points are large enough to accommodate wheelchairs. Our family style restrooms are ADA friendly as well, complete with hand rails, and extra-large changing tables. There are no stairs within the facility.
You may bring snacks for your family, but please be mindful of possible allergens that may affect others. Please do not allow other children to consume food that you bring. Please do not bring in food from other establishments or restaurants. Food deliveries from companies such as Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. are not permitted. Party food and/or cakes are not allowed in the main dining area.
We provide storage cubbies for shoes and personal items. Please be aware that Play Jungle is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
In order to maximize the value of admission cost and to allow our staff proper time to clean, Play Jungle will not accept walk-ins later than 5:30 pm.
To ensure the comfort of our guests, please leave your pets at home.
We are here to help! The front desk is stocked with sensory toys for children who are struggling with big emotions. We want your experience to be a positive one. Rewarding your child for leaving calmly will help with future visits, so feel free to ask for a free toy everytime you leave.
Nightly deep cleaning routines are carried out as well as daily spot cleaning. We use non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your children and our equipment. If you see an area of our facility that needs attention during your visit, please feel free to notify one of our friendly staff.
Parties must be booked at least two weeks prior to the event date.
