How old does my child have to be to visit Play Jungle?
Play Jungle is designed for infants, toddlers, and children under the age of 12. If you choose to bring a child over 12, they are welcome to accompany your family but may not use the play structure due to height and weight restrictions. This policy helps us maintain the safety and integrity of our equipment.
Are waivers and socks required?
Yes. All guests—both children and adults—are required to have a signed waiver on file prior to entry.
Play Jungle is a shoe-free facility. For safety and cleanliness:
  • Socks are required for all guests
  • Grip socks are required for children
Socks are available for purchase at the front desk for $3.50 per pair.
Are infants free?

Infants under 1 year old or still crawling are offered a reduced admission rate of $5.99, separate from standard child pricing. Infants may attend a party for free and will not be included with the guest count.

Can I play with my child in the play structure?

Adults may enter the play areas to assist younger children when necessary. However, for safety reasons, we ask that adults do not run, jump, or engage in rough play within the structure or other areas of the facility.

Do you charge for adults?

Two adults are included free with each paid child admission. Due to capacity limitations, additional adults are $5 each.

Is your facility ADA accessible?
Yes. Play Jungle is committed to accessibility and inclusion. Our facility features:
  • Wheelchair-accessible entrances and pathways
  • No stairs throughout the facility
  • ADA-compliant family restrooms with handrails and extra-large changing tables

Can I host a party on the main floor?

No. Parties are not permitted on the main play floor. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, all celebrations must be held in one of our private party rooms. If you’re planning a celebration, please book a party package in advance.

Do you offer group rates or field trip rates?
Yes! Group admission rates are available for large play groups. Please contact us in advance for more details and availability.
Can I bring my own food or decorations?
You may bring snacks for your immediate family. To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests:
  • Please be mindful of food allergies
  • Do not share outside food with other children
  • Outside meals, restaurant food, and food delivery services (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) are not permitted
  • Party food and cakes are not allowed in the main play area
  • Helium balloons are not permitted at any time
Do you have lockers or storage?

We provide open storage cubbies for shoes and personal items. Please note that Play Jungle is not responsible for lost or stolen items, and we recommend keeping valuables with you.

How late do you accept walk-ins?

To ensure all guests receive the full value of their visit and to allow time for cleaning, we do not accept walk-ins after 5:30 PM.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted. Service animals are always welcome.

What is your cleaning protocol?
Cleanliness and safety are top priorities at Play Jungle. We perform:
  • Nightly deep cleaning
  • Ongoing daily sanitization and spot cleaning
We use non-toxic, child-safe cleaning products. If you notice an area that needs attention during your visit, please notify a staff member right away.
How far in advance do I need to book a party?

Parties must be booked at least one week in advance and require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Parties may be rescheduled based on availability, but deposits are non-refundable if the party is canceled.

What is the capacity of your party rooms?
Each private party room has a maximum seating capacity of 30 guests.
Each party room includes:
  • Three 8-foot tables
  • One 8-foot x 18-inch side table
This setup provides ample space for seating, food, and gifts.
Can I purchase admission for someone else?

Yes! Play Jungle gift cards are available and make a great gift for any occasion.
